Real-time defect detection system developed by a mold doctor We will exhibit the “Corniche Sensor”, a mold-mounted detection system developed in the Go-Tech project. The industry’s first real-time defect detection system during continuous press processing will be on sale as a new product. Its unique feature is that it uses ultrasonic sensors (non-destructive testing) to continuously detect wrinkles and cracks during molding, and can predict the occurrence of defective products. Small sensors can be installed at defective areas, making it easy to use on-site.
