金型は、金属を打ち抜き・曲げ・絞ることで製品を形づくる精密な道具です。しかしその本質は、単なる「型」ではなく、製品ごとの設計思想、材料特性、加工順序、量産効率、安全性といった複雑な要素が高度に統合された知的構造体です。
設計者の意図、解析者のシミュレーション、現場の加工技術や経験が一体となり、1型ごとに異なる背景と目的を持って誕生します。
そこには「なぜこの形状か」「どの工程が最適か」といった問いへの答えが詰め込まれており、AIやCAEなどの先端技術も加わり進化し続けています。
すべてのプレス金型には、それぞれの製品と技術者の想いが込められた“ものづくりの物語”が存在しているのです。

There is a story🎤 for every mold🌈
Molds are precision tools that shape products by punching, bending, and squeezing metal.
However, their essence is not just a “mold”, but an intelligent structure that highly integrates complex elements such as the design philosophy, material properties, processing sequence, mass production efficiency, and safety of each product. The designer’s intention, the analyst’s simulation, and the on-site processing technology and experience come together to create each mold with a different background and purpose.
It is filled with answers to questions such as “Why this shape?” and “Which process is optimal?”, and continues to evolve with the addition of advanced technologies such as AI and CAE.
Every press mold has a “manufacturing story” that contains the thoughts of each product and the engineers.
