CFRTPは、カーボン繊維などの「連続した（連続繊維）」強化材を、熱可塑性プラスチックに組み合わせた複合材料です。従来の短繊維強化プラスチックに比べ、はるかに高い強度と剛性を持ちながら、金属並みの軽量化を実現します。
単に「形を作る」だけでなく、材料の特性を最大限に引き出すための高度な金型設計技術が不可欠なのです。
CFRTPとは、「炭素繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチック」を意味し、英語の「Carbon Fiber Reinforced ThermoPlastics」の頭文字をとった略称です。
これは、軽量化と高強度を両立させる複合材料（コンポジット）の一種であり、特に近年、自動車の量産部品や航空機分野で注目されています。

CFRTP creates lightweight, strong, and flexible pole products.
CFRTP is a composite material that combines continuous fiber reinforcement, such as carbon fiber, with thermoplastic. Compared to conventional short-fiber reinforced plastics, it offers significantly higher strength and rigidity while achieving a weight comparable to that of metal. It requires more than simply “shaping” the material; advanced mold design technology is essential to maximize the material’s properties.
